I have fond memories of time spent with David while growing up. Time spent visiting grandparents in Kempt Shore along with other cousins, bike rides and all night Monopoly games, and cruising the county in his first car, a rusty 59 Vauxhall. And that's only a few of my valued memories.
Condolences to Sharon, children, grandchildren and to Laurie.

David touched so many people, you couldn't go anywhere with him that he did stop to talk to someone, weather he knew them or not...lol. David always made time for his grand children and Kevin so loved his rides with his Grampie in the loader, I really don't know who enjoyed it more but, I loved to watch them. He will be missed.

My condolences for your loss. I had the distinct pleasure of being Dave’s supervisor for over 15 years. At this time of grieving, I think fondly back of our many conversations we shared about life and loss. Dave always spoke fondly of his family and would take every opportunity to take the grandkids for a ride. I will always remember Dave had his own parking spot and chair in the lunchroom and he would always let the new guys know about it if they took either one. Dave would always take time to ask about my family and how they were doing. He will truly be missed.

David worked as a loader operator at Rocky Lake as long as I was there. He watched me grow into a man. I loved our Saturday morning conversations when he would come in for a coffee on a quiet day. My condolences to the family.
