Herbert Ivan "Herbie" Starratt-66, North River, P.E.I., formerly of Cambridge, Hants Co.passed away at MacMillan Lodge on Sunday, January 26, 2014. Born in Cambridge, Herbie was a son of the late Allan and Mildred (Conley) Starratt. Father of Darcy ( Luke) Pitman and Craig Starratt. Granpa Poppa to Simon and Emelia, Taylor and Kaitlin, brother of Eilene Millet, Dartmouth, Dorothy McLellan, Eleanor Brown, both of Windsor and Shirley (Aubrey) Wilcox, Cambridge, Hants Co. Fondly remembered by his P.E.I. family Donna and Lomer, Jeremy, Jenny, Cole and Connor MacDonald and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Leroy Conley, Thaddy, Frank, Avard, Arthur, Hector, Fred, Harold and one in infancy. Memorial service will be at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel, Charlottetown, on Tuesday at 10 a.m.January 28, 2014.
