White, Benjamine Havelock "Ben"-62, White Settlement, Noel Road, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2013 at home. Born in White Settlement on April 18, 1951, he was a son of Edna White and the late Delmar "Ted" White. Ben was a truck driver all his life, starting out working for his father, owning his own truck and driving truck for various companies over the years. His current employer was Kel Greg Enterprises. Ben is survived by his wife of 41 years Linda Y. (McCulloch), dauhter Kim Singer (Rick), Kennetcook, son Terry (Mary Kate Blois), White Settlement, grandsons Nathan and Lucas Singer and little pal Maggie, sisters Inez (Ron) Vautour, Truro, Valerie (John) Bennedict, White Settlement, brother Harold 'Bill" , White Settlement, sister-in- laws Carol White, Kennetcook and Sandra White, White Settlement and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother Delmar "Wayne" Cremation has taken place and a graveside committal service (open to all) will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. October 19, 2013 in the St. James Presbyterian Cemetery, Noel Road with Chuck Paterson officating. Family flowers only donations can be made to the St. James Presbyterian Church or charity of choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J.
