I will always keep the memories of Brian close to my heart. Brian always had such a deep sincere laugh, especially when he was pulling a prank at the camp. I loved hearing his stories... not sure if they were all true but he made me feel like I was there when they happened. Our family always had a spot in our hearts for Brian and always will.
Many hugs to everyone.

Dear Iris, Lindsay & families
My sincere sympathy to you all on the loss of a wonderful soul. Brian had the friendliest smile & pleasant mannerism. I just moved back to Kennetcook after a 50 yr absence & actually met Brian again at the store. Once I heard the laugh I knew it was him! He was a kind man who would do anything for anyone. Iris I wish you & your family peace and love at this difficult time. Be strong for each other and turn to your wonderful memories of Brian. They are keepsakes❣ Sincerely,
Judy (MacAskill) Rowter

Mac’s Tours
For a number of years, Mac O’Brien would borrow a “mile long” vehicle a couple of times a year and six of us would go on an adventure usually lasting a couple of days. Brian and I could always manage to get involved in some sort of “memorable” incident. Over the years we’ve had so many laughs and retold these stories so many times. There are a lot of people who never personally met Brian but they have certainly heard a lot of stories about him..
I am certainly going to miss him but I’ll cherish these memories forever.

Q: What will you never forget about Brian?
A: I will always remember Brian and his brother Gordon for when they rescued me on the 236 in a snowstorm. I was off the road in a snow bank and they stopped to help me.
Brian is a kind thoughtful man who I will remember with a smile.
