Obituary of Ella White

White, Ella Linden – 84 of Truro formerly of Noel Road, passed away September 9th, 2021, in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Noel Road on March 14th, 1937, Ella was the daughter to the late Merle and Ruby (Singer) White. Ella lived her entire life in Noel Road until she moved to The Mira Nursing Home, Truro in 2018. She enjoyed quilting, playing cards and always had curling or baseball playing on her television as she was an avid fan of both, especially her favorite team The Toronto Blue Jays. Ella is survived by her sons Calvin, Glendon (Sherry), grandchildren Yolanda (Darrell), Alayna (Scott), Jordan, great-grandchildren Brooke, Brianne, Braden and Cynthia, sisters Anne, Donna, Thelma (Larry), brother-in-law Buddy and sister-in-law Linda. Besides her parents, Ella is predeceased by her husband Laurie in 2017, sister Ruth, brothers Warren and Byron, brothers-in-law Graham and Mike, daughter-in-law Cynthia. There will be a Graveside Committal Service held on Sunday, September 19th, 2021, at 4pm in the Noel Road Cemetery, Rev. Mike Poworoznyk officiating. Please follow all Public Health guidelines, if you wish to be seated, please bring a chair.
