Obituary of Gladys Elizabeth Smith

SMITH - Gladys Elizabeth (Parks), age 69, of Noel Road, passed away on October 23, 2018 at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro after a short but hard-fought battle with cancer. She worked as a CCA at Northwood and the Magnolia, and loved camping, washers, and darts. She will be lovingly missed by all who knew her. Gladys leaves behind her wife and partner, Kathy Parks; and her daughter, Wanda Duncan. She was predeceased by her sons, Neal and Duane. Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request. A Reflection of Gladys’s Life will be held at her home in Noel Road on Saturday, October 27 from 1-4pm, with interment at a later date.
