Please share a memory of William to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

CONRAD – William “Will” Marshall, age 61, of Rawdon Gold Mines. Our family announces with heavy hearts the loss of an amazing husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend on March 12, 2018 at the VG Hospital, with his beloved family and little therapy pal King “Louie” by his side after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Born and raised in Rawdon Gold Mines, Will was the son of the late Marshall and Nancy (Wilson) Conrad. He was a free-spirited, open-minded kind of guy who enjoyed many interests. His main priority has always been his family, two boys, “Josh and Bran”, of whom he is forever proud; second, his piece of Paradise in Rawdon Gold Mines; third, being friends, “Rebels Without A Cause”, “Just Here For A Good Time”; and last but not least, his partner, friend, and wife for life, Pam, starting their journey of 44 years at the mere ages of 14 and 17. “Together We Stand, Divided We Fall”. Will is survived by his wife, Pamela DeMont; sons, Joshua and Brandon; sister, Shirley DeMont (Gary); brothers, Mike and Fred (nephew); sister-in-law Lynn Conrad; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Will was predeceased by his brother Gordon. Cremation has taken place; a Celebration of Life will be held at the West Gore Fire Hall on Saturday, March 24 from 1-7pm, with a private committal. Donations in memory of Will may be made to the SPCA Hants Branch, P.O. Box 2274, Windsor, NS, B0N 2T0. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Hwy 354, Kennetcook; 1-902-362-2440. Please visit our website at www.allenfh.ca to sign the guest book or send private condolences.
