I also knew Emery for about 15 years, a few words came to my mind when I read of his passing...kind, gentle and respectful. He was a soft spoken man who always took the time to have a little conversation. I missed seeing him. How lucky your are to have had such a special man in your life. I have lots of wonderful memories of the times I have spent with Margie and Emery over the years. Emery taught me how to bass fish and LIE, how to drink wine (a bottle at a time) plus to pick wild flowers. Margie taught me enjoy life, to slow down and enjoy what was important. My heart aches with their passing. As you grieve the death of them both, may you also be able to celebrate their lives and the memories that they each gave each you to hold within your hearts.
