Dear Barb and family, I am very sad to learn that Emerson has passed on..He was a part of my family during my growing up years in Kennetcook..He and Dad collected pine cones for my Ontario Christmas tree and birch logs for my fireplace..I have taken both the cones and logs with me on many moves over the years..I always think of Dad and Emerson when I look at the logs and when I decorate at Christmas..Thank-you for mentioning Dad in Emerson's Obituary..For me,another precious part of my childhood is gone with Emerson's passing..I will remember all of you as you grieve the loss of this wonderful man..Sincerely, Dawn MacAskill.
