Obituary of Clyde Laffin

Laffin, Clyde Addison, 89, of Noel, passed away on June 18, 2014 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, with his family at his side. Born in Northfield, Hants Co., N.S. on July 31, 1924, Clyde was a son of the late Addison and Evelyn (MacKiel) Laffin. Clyde is survived by his wife, Inez (White); daughters Judy (Elmo) White, of Noel Road, and Cheryl Laffin, of Alberta; his son, Corey (Jolene White) Laffin, of Kennetcook; his brother, Glendon, of Ontario; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Clyde was predeceased by his son, Shawn; and three brothers. Cremation has taken place, with a private family committal service to be held in the North Noel Road Cemetery at a later date, Rev. Angus R. MacDonald officiating. Donations in memory of Clyde may be made to the North Noel Road Cemetery Fund.
