Sproule, Doris Geraldine-85, Moose Brook NS, passed away peacefully at home on May 2, 2025. Born in Tennecape, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Della (Crossley) McLellan. Geraldine started out working at the Windsor Textile Mill in Windsor and then moved to Toronto and worked for Inglis for many, many years before returning to Nova Scotia where she retired. She enjoyed gardening and watching her Blue Jays play ball. Geraldine is survived by her son Michael (Christine) Sproule; granddaughter Amanda Sproule; grandson Mike Sproule Jr. and her husband Marcus Moore. Brothers Raymond (Sharon) Randolph (Verna) Russell (Debby) and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Geraldine was predeceased by her husband Ivan in 2005, her brothers Jimmy Crossley, Ronald McLellan, and Lester in infancy, sisters Juanita McKinnon and Dora Reynolds. Cremation has taken and a graveside burial will be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Hwy 354 Kennetcook, N.S.
